James M. Lawniczak, Head of Calfee’s Bankruptcy Litigation practice, spoke on the topic of small business bankruptcy at the Ohio State Bar Association. At Calfee, Jim represents secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, liquidators, receivers and unsecured creditors’ committees in all aspects of corporate and insurance insolvency and workout proceedings.
