James M. Lawniczak Presented on Case Law & Legislation Updates at a Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Event

James M. Lawniczak, Of Counsel with Calfee, recently presented on updates to case law and legislation at the 7th Annual Bankruptcy & Turnaround Update and Reception. The event was hosted by the Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. Jim is a heavily involved member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, having served as a trustee from 2005-2009. He is a member of its Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section and served as chair of its Lawyer-Client Fee Dispute Resolution Committee from 2011 to 2012. He also served as chair of the Association’s 3R Committee, which directs an award-winning educational program for high school students, from 2009 to 2010.
