Donald E. Lampert, senior counsel with Calfee, has been reappointed as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve Law School. He will be teaching Workers’ Compensation Law in the fall of 2016. Lampert has held this position since his first appointment in 1991. In addition to his teaching, Lampert has written extensively on Ohio workers’ compensation subjects, most recently on psychiatric/psychological allowances, substantial aggravation and utilizing private investigators. At Calfee, Lampert concentrates on workers’ compensation and related employment litigation. He represents and counsels employers regarding workers’ compensation injuries, occupational diseases and intentional torts.
