Calfee Hosts ACG Women in Transactions Great Lakes Capital Connection Event

Calfee, Halter & Griswold proudly supported the annual Association for Corporate Growth Great Lakes Capital Connection Conference held September 13th and 14th in  Cleveland. On Tuesday, September 13th, Calfee Halter & Griswold hosted the ACG Cleveland Great Lakes Women in Transactions reception. The event included approximately 100 women that are active contributors in the deal transaction process and featured keynote speaker Valerie Mayen from Project Runway Season 8.  Mayen spoke about her experience as an entrepreneur, designer and owner of Yellowcake, LLC, a Cleveland-based clothing designer and manufacturer.  Jennifer L. Vergilii, a Partner in Calfee’s M&A and Corporate Groups spearheaded the event on behalf of Calfee and spoke about success stories of Calfee and the Cleveland chapter of the Women in Transactions Group.
