Seeking a mid-level associate attorney for our growing energy and utilities law practice to work in the Indianapolis office. The candidate should have at least 3-6 years of litigation experience and a strong interest and desire to develop in the area of energy law. 

The Associate will work on litigation matters involving state and federal administrative agencies, including compliance, investigations, circuit court, and appellate proceedings. The Associate will work on electric and natural gas regulatory matters for a wide mix of clients throughout the Midwest, including transmission, distribution, and generation, as well as regional transmission organizations. The Associate will interact directly with clients with the goal of taking on responsibility to manage aspects of matters independently. Associates interested in developing their own client book will also be given training and resources.

Candidates must have a J.D., licensed in Indiana, Illinois, or Ohio, or be eligible for Indiana Bar membership. In addition to Indiana licensure, candidates also licensed to practice in Ohio and/or Illinois is a plus. Prior law firm experience will be given heightened consideration.
