Seeking an associate attorney to join the firm’s Labor and Employment Group in the Cleveland office. The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience defending claims under federal and state discrimination laws, the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family & Medical Leave Act, and the federal plant closing/mass layoff law.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and communication skills, and relevant experience in the practice area. The practice provides a uniquely collegial working environment, substantial client contact and regular opportunities to participate in seminars, webinars and creative client outreach.
