Seeking an associate attorney to join Calfee’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group in the Cleveland, Columbus or Cincinnati office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of law firm experience working in the employee benefits and executive compensation area. Areas of focus will be executive compensation, nonqualified deferred compensation, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and employee benefits issues related to mergers and acquisitions. Other areas of work would include qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans and other broad-based employee benefit matters. Qualified candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing and drafting skills.
