Our team, consisting of Tom Green and Kristen Brinkman, is proud of a solid record of achievement in all areas of direct lobbying, strategic counsel, coalition building, and grassroots organization and development.  We consider ourselves street lobbyists, meaning that we are hands-on working with committees, in the halls and at fundraisers.  A registered lobbyist for over 30 years, Tom has earned recognition from legislators and peers for his effective advocacy on behalf of his clients.  In a 2000 research survey of lobbyists and members of the Ohio General Assembly, Tom was voted Ohio's most effective independent lobbyist.  Kristen provides government relations representation on a wide variety of issues including public utility, health care, liquor regulation, the business and shopping center industry, as well as private prisons and public safety legislation.  She has 10 years of experience working for Ohio legislature. 

Thomas Green works closely with Calfee's Government Relations and Legislation group to assist clients with issues involving the executive and legislative branches of government, as well as commissioners, authorities and other special purpose entities.  Together, we help clients establish and administer Political Action Committees, draft legislation, lobby on behalf of business interests, and develop comprehensive governmental strategies for businesses in a wide range of industries.
