Calfee's Government group represents clients before federal, state and local governmental entities in legislative, lobbying, contract, regulatory and administrative matters. We work together to assist clients with issues involving the executive and legislative branches of government, as well as commissions, authorities and other special purpose entities. Members of the group have represented clients or initiatives before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, Ohio Department of Transportation and Ohio Department of Insurance. We work with clients to establish and administer Political Action Committees, draft legislation, lobby on behalf of client interests, and develop and execute comprehensive governmental strategies for businesses, institutions and associations in a wide range of industries.
