On March 23, 2010, President Obama signed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, commonly known as Health Care Reform.  Reform stands to change the lives of millions of Americans, from employers and health insurers to hospitals and individuals.  How drastic and immediate the impact will be is yet unknown, as many of the details around Reform are ambiguous.
