We hire those who are active in their places of worship, adjunct professors, theater enthusiasts, little league coaches and weekend rock stars. The firm's hiring is done through a Hiring Committee composed of attorneys in various practice areas. Several members of the committee are associates, consistent with our commitment to firm involvement at all levels. The committee is responsible for hiring all summer associates, lateral attorneys and legal assistant/paralegals. Our Director of Professional Recruitment and Development, Stephanie Haggerty, coordinates all hiring through the committee.
