VIRGINIA chairs the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations practice. A former Assistant United States Attorney, Virginia advises and defends individuals, publicly and privately held corporations, boards, committees and governmental bodies in enforcement actions, internal and external investigations and related civil and administrative actions and compliance reviews.
