TREVOR focuses his practice on business, corporate, and commercial litigation. As part of this practice, he has represented several banks, public utilities, ERISA trustees, companies facing public and private claims under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, and corporate directors facing breach of fiduciary duty allegations. He has represented clients in administrative proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and at both the state and federal levels.

As a registered lobbyist, Trevor’s counsel is sought out by clients in the labor and government relations areas. As part of this practice, he has represented clients before the Ohio Industrial Commission, the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Board, and the Ohio General Assembly. He has represented nursing homes, manufacturers, wound care suppliers, trucking companies, nursing associations, and employers of all sizes.

A member of the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations, Trevor also is a trustee of Capital University Football, where he was voted First Team Academic All-American during college. He received his J.D. from The Ohio State University where he was the associate editor of The Ohio State Journal of Dispute Resolution.
