TERRY practice involves counseling Calfee’s closely- and publicly-held clients, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies, on general corporate and business matters, new business formation and development, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and joint venture transactions.

A significant portion of Terry’s practice also includes counseling public company clients regarding the ongoing reporting requirements, corporate governance matters and various other matters affecting public companies and their officers and directors.

Terry serves on the associate board of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Northeast Ohio and he is a member of the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.  He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, and his B.A., cum laude, from Boston College.
