SEAN counsels corporate clients on transactional matters. He handles various legal, strategic, commercial and tax issues affecting their businesses.
Sean advises public and private companies on acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings, including tax matters. He also advises on corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other entities on general federal income tax matters.
Sean received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2009. During his tenure at Case, he served as senior editor of the Law Review. He received his M.B.A. and his B.A., cum laude, from John Carroll University. Sean is a member of the Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations as well as the Tax Club of Cleveland.
He joined Calfee in 2010.
