William Ross, a Labor and Employment group Partner, and David Gray, a Workers' Compensation and OSHA group Staff Attorney, co-authored this article which appeared in the May/June 2005 issue of the Workers' Compensation Journal of Ohio. The article discusses: Ohio workplace intentional torts - what must be established; use of pre-accident and post-accident OSHA citations to establish "employer knowledge;" and the impact of OSHA settlement agreements.
