White Collar Defense and Investigations: Calfee’s internal investigation group is regularly retained by corporations, their boards of directors, audit committees or individual employees to conduct independent inquiries regarding possible securities law violations, accounting improprieties, financial crimes and health care fraud. Led by former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Department of Justice (Northern District of Ohio), Virginia Davidson, Calfee’s extensive experience in defending white collar criminal matters and conducting independent corporate investigations is instrumental in assisting clients evaluate the facts and in responding to inquiries from law enforcement and regulators.
