MEGAN counsels corporate clients on various legal and strategic issues affecting their businesses.  Primarily, she focuses on representing private investment funds and investment advisors.  She also facilitates partnership, LLC and joint venture formations.

A member of the Ohio and Lake County Bar Associations, Megan graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2005.  She received her B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, in accountancy from John Carroll University in 2001 and is an Ohio Certified Public Accountant. 

Megan worked for Paragon Advisors, Inc., a financial advisory services firm, prior to joining Calfee in 2006.
