JULIET practices trademark and copyright law.  Her primary area of focus is U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution.  Juliet counsels clients on the selection, clearance, maintenance, licensing, enforcement and use of trademarks.

Juliet has assisted clients in negotiating and preparing trademark and copyright licenses, publishing agreements, sponsorship agreements and consent agreements.

Juliet was employed with O’Brien, Butler, McConihe & Schaefer, PLLC in Washington, D.C. prior to joining Calfee in 2007.
