LORI advises clients on general corporate and commercial business and finance matters.  She also counsels publicly and privately-held clients on corporate governance issues and facilitates secured transactions (Article 9).

In her practice, Lori has represented both borrowers and lenders in unsecured, secured and asset-based lending and loan restructuring.  Her experience also includes facilitating commercial and real estate transactions encompassing, drafting and reviewing related documentation, due diligence, commercial closings and conducting legal research on behalf of clients.

Lori is an active member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations.  She was employed with Purcell & Scott, Co., L.P.A. prior to joining Calfee in 2004.
