BOB’S diverse practice includes environmental litigation, securities litigation, and antitrust and trade regulation.  His environmental practice focuses on assisting large and mid size publicly and privately-held clients involved in Superfund litigation.

 

In the area of corporate and securities litigation, Bob has appeared in federal and state courts on behalf of clients in complex contract disputes and civil litigation claims.   His experience in antitrust and trade regulation includes assisting clients with issues of Hart Scott Rodino compliance, civil antitrust claims and grand jury investigations. With extensive paralegal experience, Bob continues to serve in a variety of litigation support capacities and is involved in the firm’s efforts to improve efficiency and service.

 

Bob is a member of the Defense Research Institute as well as the Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations.

 

A legal assistant with the firm since 1980, Bob began his law practice with Calfee in 1993.
