COLLEEN is a business litigator with extensive experience in trademark and patent litigation, enforcement of non-competition agreements, securities, tort and insurance recovery matters. 

Colleen has significant experience litigating complex business disputes in the “Rocket Dockets” in the federal district courts for the Eastern District of Virginia and the District of Delaware.  Her background also includes successfully representing corporate clients in actions for emergency injunctive relief in federal court.

Colleen is a member of the Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.  She has served as a judicial clerk to Senior Judge Lesley Wells and to Judge John Adams for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Ohio.  She also has served as a judicial clerk to Chief Judge Patricia Fawsett and staff attorney with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  Colleen was a litigation associate with Jones Day prior to joining Calfee in 2008.
