MOLLY focuses her practice on business, corporate and commercial litigation, representing both privately-held and publicly-traded business entities. She helps clients to develop strategies to resolve complex and diverse legal matters.
As part of her practice, Molly represents employers and insurers in litigation brought under ERISA. Her experience includes defending claims brought under all sections of ERISA, such as claims for wrongful denial of benefits, breach of fiduciary duty, and for violations of ERISA’s contribution requirements.
Molly donates her time to the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3R’s Program, where she tutors and mentors students within Cleveland Municipal Schools. She has co-authored several articles including “Simplifying Expert Witness Discovery: Proposed New Federal Civil Rule 26,” and “What You Say Can and Will Be Held Against You,” in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Journal, as well as “The Alternative to Alternative Dispute Resolution,” in ACC Docket and “Efforts to weed out fraud now coming to fruition,” in Managed Healthcare Executive.
She joined Calfee in 2008.
