MIKE focuses his practice on securities and capital markets.  He counsels both publicly-traded and privately-held companies on a range of corporate transactions.

Mike received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School where he was Executive Notes Editor of the Journal of Legislation.  He authored “Putting Your Faith in God at the BMV: Indiana’s License Plate Controversy” which was published in the Journal of Legislation (Vol. 35).  He received his B.A. in History and Political Science, cum laude, from Miami University.  Mike is a member of the Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.

He joined Calfee in 2010.
