KEVIN is an associate in Calfee’s litigation group. He has trial- and appellate-level experience in lawsuits involving general contract claims, product liability claims, partnership disputes and business dissolutions, employee non-compete agreements, securities law violations, and Uniform Commercial Code matters. He has also been closely involved in probate litigation, commercial and residential real estate litigation, and is a member of the firm’s federal government contracting practice. Outside the area of business law, he has represented several Ohio communities in planning and zoning appeals and civil rights cases. Kevin has also been active in Calfee’s pro bono program since joining the firm in 2007.
Before becoming a lawyer, Kevin was a research assistant at a Washington, D.C. consulting firm specializing in analysis of federal education policy. He is a member of the American, Ohio, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations and has published articles in local and national bar journals.
