KELLY focuses her practice in the health care and life sciences arena. She represents hospitals, physician practice groups, and other health care providers in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. She also assists providers with fraud and abuse matters, federal and state licensure and regulatory compliance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and general corporate and contractual matters.

She also represents private equity firms and private and publicly traded corporations in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity financing, public and private debt offerings and other general corporate and commercial work. Kelly also supports the firm's antitrust M&A area.

Kelly is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations as well as the American Health Lawyers Association.

Kelly was an associate at Baker Hostetler, LLP before joining Calfee in 2008.
