JOSH’s breadth of experience in legislative affairs for governmental entities, publicly-held companies and advocacy groups allows him to counsel clients on a wide variety of matters.
He is experienced in both the legislative and executive branches of government through his roles with the Ohio General Assembly and the Ohio Department of Commerce. He has had responsibility for lobbying in local, state and multi-state regions. Josh is adept at advocating for the interests of his clients in the areas of liquor, tobacco, agriculture, environment, energy, tax and urban affairs. Additionally, he has deep knowledge of the liquor, retail and distribution industries.
Josh is a member of the Temple Israel Brotherhood. Additionally, he serves as a board member for The Ohio Council of Retail Merchants, Ohio Grocers Foundation and the Ohio Association of Convenience Stores.
