JERRY focuses his practice on securities and capital markets and commercial business and finance law.  He has assisted public companies, closely-held corporations, and institutional investors with a variety of matters, including securities, joint venture, and mergers and acquisitions issues.

He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School where he was Senior Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Akron.

Prior to joining Calfee, Jerry was an associate at the Chicago office of Mayer Brown LLP.  He joined Calfee in 2009.
