JENNY focuses her practice on patent law. She has experience in all aspects of patent litigation, from pre-filing investigation to settlement agreements in various jurisdictions throughout the United States. In addition, she has experience in appellate and oral argument briefings before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Her experience also includes other types of IP litigation, such as trademark and trade secret litigation.

She advises clients on matters involving patent drafting, preparing patent applications, prosecution and re-examination proceedings, freedom-to-operate opinions and due diligence. Jenny also has experience with patent infringement, validity and enforcement issues.

Jenny’s experience includes significant work with chemical patent matters, encompassing polymers, pharmaceuticals, organic chemistry, electroplating and synthetic chemistry. She also has been involved in mechanical and computer science matters.

She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Ohio Super Lawyers and Ohio Rising Stars. She is a member of the Cleveland-Akron Intellectual Property Law Association, the Federal Circuit Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Chemical Society.
