JENNIFER focuses her practice on public law and finance. She serves as counsel to lenders, underwriters, and public issuers in a variety of corporate and municipal securities transactions, including letter of credit-secured and tax-increment financings for manufacturing companies, 501(c)(3) organizations, schools, and other civic organizations. She also represents public issuers, including cities, townships, counties, and the State of Ohio with respect to a variety of general obligation and revenue bonds.
Jennifer is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and has participated in various NABL Securities Law task forces. Jennifer also is an associate member of the Cuyahoga County Law Directors Association and the Municipal Finance Officers Association of Northeast Ohio. In addition, Jennifer has worked for Westlaw, the Office of Congressman Dennis Kucinich, and the Ohio Legislative Service Commission. She joined Calfee in 2002.
