J. Andrew Mason

Staff Attorney

ANDREW counsels clients on the preparation and prosecution of United States and foreign utility patent and trademark applications. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
 
His experience encompasses performing patent searches and the drafting patentability opinions. He also has evaluated trademark search results and drafted trademark clearance opinions for clients.

Before joining Calfee, Andrew worked at Gallagher & Dawsey Co., LPA, in Columbus, and as a production supervisor/process engineer at Atofina Chemicals, Inc., in Calvert City, Kentucky.
 
Andrew joined Calfee in 2011.
