GWEN counsels clients on various legal, strategic and commercial issues affecting their businesses. She advises on transactional matters for publicly and privately held companies in the health care and real estate industries, as well as in the general corporate arena. Her practice includes due diligence, contracts, scheduling and general deal support for all sizes of transactions.
She is active in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, particularly its “3Rs” program in Cleveland public schools.
Gwen received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where she was Executive Editor of the Journal of International Law. She received her B.A., with honors, from Trinity College. Gwen is a member of the Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
She joined Calfee in 2010.
