LISA counsels clients on real estate matters, assisting them with the development, sale, acquisition and financing of both developed and undeveloped land.

She negotiates commercial and retail leases on behalf of landlords and tenants and represents clients in municipal matters, including lot split and zoning issues. Lisa has served as counsel to borrowers and lenders in secured financing transactions involving corporate, industrial and health care sector borrowers. She also is experienced in title insurance procurement and survey review.

Lisa is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. She worked as an associate senior planner for the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission and then practiced law with Kahn Kleinman LPA before joining Calfee in 2006.
