Billy C. Raulerson

Partner

BILLY focuses his practice on intellectual property law.  He is experienced in patent litigation and counseling both large and small clients on procuring and enforcing intellectual property rights in the U.S. and abroad. As a registered patent attorney, he has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to computer software and the electrical and mechanical arts, as well as trademark applications spanning a wide range of goods and services.

A member of the Ohio, D.C. and Columbus Bar Associations, Billy also is active in the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).

Billy was employed with Sughrue Mion, PLLC prior to joining Calfee in 2005.  He became a partner in 2011.
