TONY represents corporate clients on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and capital markets, corporate governance issues and general corporate law.
He received his J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, and his B.A. in English from Heidelberg College, cum laude.
Before joining Calfee, Tony was a corporate associate at the Chicago office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. Tony joined Calfee in 2009.
